🔒 We will never ask you to pay a personal payment link or the bank account of an individual. Vet bills are paid directly to the vet clinic.

1. Purpose
Bill Match was created solely to help animals in need. Six Hounds is a private, non-governmental initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body.
2. Confidentiality
The private details of rescuers, sponsors and adopters are never made public. This includes names where a person has chosen to remain anonymous, Emirates ID and passport details, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, bank details and uploaded documents. These details are used only to verify, process and record cases. Access is limited to authorised Six Hounds administrators. Personal data is never sold, and is not shared with anyone except where required by applicable law or in response to a lawful request.
3. Payments
Bill sponsorships are paid directly to the veterinary clinic's account for that specific bill — never to Six Hounds and never to any individual. Six Hounds does not receive, hold or handle bill funds. Direct contributions to the Six Hounds shelter are entirely optional and are separate from bill sponsorships.
4. No guarantee
Six Hounds only facilitates the opportunity for rescuers to have bills paid. Posting a bill is not a promise or guarantee that it will be paid, in full or in part. Sponsors choose freely which rescuer and which bill to support. The platform is non-biased and does not rank, promote or favour any rescuer.
5. Compliance
All users must comply with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including requirements relating to data protection, privacy, anti-fraud and animal welfare. Six Hounds processes personal data in accordance with applicable UAE law. Misuse of the platform, false or altered documents, or fraud will result in removal from the platform and may be reported where required by law.
6. Accuracy and liability
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents they submit. Six Hounds takes reasonable steps to verify cases but does not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted information. Veterinary care is provided by the treating clinic, which remains responsible for its services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Six Hounds is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the platform, from decisions made by users, or from services provided by third parties.
7. Data retention and requests
Records are kept only for as long as needed to verify, process and record cases and to meet applicable legal requirements. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, email contact@sixhoundsandco.com.
8. Governing law
This disclosure and the use of the platform are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
